Emissions Bypass on a '79

Thought I'd pass along the results of my emissions test on my '79 that the PO had gutted the
cat and disconnected the air pump:

Loaded (~30mph) HC 267ppm
CO .58%
CO2 12.44%
Idle HC 71ppm
CO .35%
CO2 12.94%

By the way, to bypass the air pump the PO installed a short belt (Browning 4L210) between the
crank pulley and the fan pulley. There's no adjustment and you have to take the fan off to
install, but it seems to work.
