Power Antenna not Retracting

If your power antenna is getting stuck in the "up" position, I think you'll find you have a bad
earth at the relay which operates the power aerial. The relay is located in the "boot" behind the
panel that holds your tool kit. This single relay is secured to the body by a self tapper, which
also provides the earth connection for the relay circuit. Try wiggling it (the relay that is) while
your radio is on. The aerial will probably go down if its up, or up if its down. If it does clean the
connection, then synchronise the aerials position to the state of the radio. ie. up with radio on
etc.
