Lodging Details: Group room (room block) rate is available under the event name “Rendezvous 928”. Attendees must make their own reservations by calling the above number. Please use “Rendezvous 928” as the event name to obtain group pricing. Reservations must be made prior to July 19, 2026 to ensure the group rate. The group rate is good for the period from September 17, 2026 to September 21, 2026 or any period falling within that time frame. The hotel may be willing to honor this rate outside the above time frame, based on bookings, but it is not guaranteed.  The estimated total cost per night (including taxes and fees) are $275.00 for a double queen room and $286.00 for single king room. The above costs include free cookies at check-in, free ice-cream, iced and hot coffee in the lobby. A daily soup of the day is also available in the lobby (3pm-8pm).  A hot cooked breakfast is also included in the rate that is served from 6am – 9:30am daily. Additional occupants, above 2 adults, is an additional $15.00/night per adult. Pets (Dogs Only) if present are charged an additional $25 + 9% tax per night per room and will require reservations in specific rooms with 2 Queen Beds.
