Thanks John, The model year question answer is 1978-1995 in case that is their issue.

I think one of them may have just found the way. A not uncommon enough misunderstanding is that everyone must register to the forums, it doesn't happen as a result of submitting an application with payment. Sometimes new members attempt to login without having registered, as occurred in this one case. They don't understand that the issue is, you can't get a password reset if you never registered.
Perhaps the page a member ends up at after making the Paypal page could describe the forum registration process..... The Paypal process preceded the forums, so that may be a missing link.

I talked to one of the 2 non accessers as I think you did as well Stan. He is now able to access the OC website! Yea!!!
