IP address request during registry log in

This is the drop down message that I get

(To view this page, you must log in to area “geoip2” on geoip-ipv4.maxmind.com:443.)

I googled it and it seems to be an IP tracking system but it is asking me for a user and password.
Anyone else have this issue.
BTW I am using a Mac Book Pro if it matters.

On a second problem.
I seem to be registered twice.
I would like to have my 928macd profile changed to 928mac
both exist
then 928macd can be deleted

Thank you
Brad

You should be aligned now; Please check and let me know.

I believe the maxmind registration requirement is a mobile device anomaly. Still checking.

Same problem here as Mac - asking for a login to the registry page, and my current valid login to the Forum (which obviously works:)) does not suffice. I also had a different profile before Stat_928, it is now mm928. But I have been in the registry before,,, maybe it was before I changed the profile, I do not remember.

Anyway - cannot login to the Registry right now.

thanks

Hey, MM

Sorry you're having problems; We've been trying to align the Forum db with the Membership db and Registry db. The hardest to change is the Forum db because we need to change the records of each post. RIght now, you have two accounts on the site and in the forum; mm928 and Strat928, which makes it even harder. Your Membership is under the Strat account. I do not see a Registry entry under either account - let me know the title of the Registry entry if you have one.

So.... I believe we can combine the two Forum accounts under the mm928 username - I wrote a program yesterday to do that for about five 'orphans' and it seemed to work pretty well. Do you want me to try and combine them? What I'd like to do is move the mm's to the Strats, then change the username for the Strat back to mm along with the mm email, and finally, ask you to log on to the new mm account using the old Strat password. I can reset the password if necessary.

Sound OK?
