Tool Kit

Greetings Fellow 928 Pilots:
Just wanted to find out more information on the Porsche 928 Tool kit. Seems like the Tool Kit were different throughout the model years. I have attached an image of my 1986.5 Tool kit. I am missing 2 items: Toe-hook and the 6 inch rod that goes with the Spark Plug Wrench. Can some you post photos of your tool kit? Nice to have a historical reference of them on this website.
In our owner's manual, there was a reference to a hand crank for our sunroof. I do not have one. I do see them listed at 928Intl for $100. Were they stored in the Tool Kit cavity in the rear bumper? And was there suppose to be a hand crank for our power seats?
Maybe a 928 Concours Judge can comment on this matter?
Cheers
