Anyone have success getting wiper nozzles to work for both systems? Right now I have an extra hose going no where. The diagrams are not very helpful.

Some things I can tell you about the window/head light washer system. I have a MY 85, so we have the same set up I think.
1. There are 3 different pumps to push the fluid. The intensive pump is located in the front of the car directly under the intensive fluid tank. The main pump (which is the same kind of pump as the intensive pump) is located in the engine compartment attached to the right side wheel well with 3 rubber darts. You can see them if you remove the plastic wheel well liner. It pumps fluid from the main fluid tank. The head light pump is located under the main fluid tank in the right side wheel well. This pump draws from the main tank. Main tank is viewed when the right side front liner is removed.
2. The intensive fluid line and the main fluid line merge together with a "T" connector. The head light lines are independent and run to the head light nozzles. The head light nozzles only work with the lights in the up/on position.
3. Working one-way valves in the fluid lines, up in the hood are important for proper function.
4. The two pumps (main and intensive) can be removed and cleaned. That may help to make them run. Sometimes not. You can test them with a 12 volt battery attached to the connectors.
5. Clean the nozzles with a pin. There may be wax/dirt in the holes. Blow through the lines to be sure they are clear.
If I think of more I will add later.

I am working on this right now. To the point where I replaced both motors and now am getting good pressure to the hood from both. All my check valves were gone so I pulled all the plumbing in the hood. Waiting on parts to try a modified plumbing design I saw on rennlist.
If you are interested I will let you know how it works out.
