What are those items in the Picture? was created by dumptruck
What are the 2 "things" pictured, to the right of the power steering fluid reservoir, that are parallel to each other attached to the left side of the engine compartment?
As I was hunting down some electrical issues I found they were alarmingly hot to the touch? Thank you!

They are 0.4 and 0.6 ohm resistors for the ignition system. They are described in the following:
