Intake manifold and top covers

Hi Guys, what will you suggest, I want to redo / paint / coat the intake manifold and tappet covers (both banks top covers )

what will be the easiest ? is there a heat paint I can use, first clean the existing paint off ? has anyone done this before ?

Hi. I media blasted mine, then epoxy primed it and painted the outside silver and then hand painted the letters in red. When I say media blasting I do not mean sand blasting with a Harbor Freight system. I own and am a professional media blaster as my business. Here's some pictures for reference.
