928 s4

hi all i have 928 s4 no start 
cranks 
spark to plugs
fule pump running and fuel pressure
ecu good as have running car i swop over 
apears no pulse to injectors 
last autum car started but stored out side over winter 
any ideas
 

Sorry for your troubles..

When you say you swapped the ECU, which one did you swap as there are 2 of them.  One is the LH which has a well documented failure mode due to a daughter board cracking over time, and there is the EZK.  LH is for fuel, EZK is for Spark.
