Wtb: 86.5-87 928 was created by mickster
Cross posting from Rennlist:

I am specifically looking at those 2 model years at the moment. The 1991 fell through and the 87 in Atlanta has sport seats-which is about the only thing my wife said no to...

No salvage title; has to be clean.

With an 86.5-87 I don't have to deal with NY State smog so inspection is simple and I can get some breaks on insurance.

Looking to spend around $8-12K for something nearly sorted and yes I am thinking about Linderpat's 86.5...really want A/C working...

Contact me PM, E-mail, etc.

Thanks!

Michael

There are a few 928s for sale on Rennlist Machael.
I have not seen any 86-87 in a while but cars have been poping up more often the past year. Just hang thight and the right one will show.

If I see any ILL post a link to it here.

There is one on Craig's List in Denver for 9K. Looks decent.

If you havn't found one I know of a very clean, stock '87 S4 w/ 58 K miles.
Everything works, new brakes, tires, WP, T belt, Oil pan and MM's all done w/in last two years. The person is selling her for health reasons.
The interior is clean, w/ no dash cracks, the car is stored in a climate controled garage/shop on stands.

Black on Black, Auto, w/ 17" cup II's.

Please send me an PM for more info
