I think they are WORTH more, but I only buy when I think I am getting a smokin' deal! LOL! I am terrible, but I subscribe to the "don't pay more than you have to" rule. My '95 w/ 104k miles was less than $23k (but needed some work...a whole lot of work after it hit a deer too I might add) and of course EURO85 was $3600 and #295 was $3750... LOL! I love it when I get my monies worth, and I think I did on each of the last 3 cars I have purchased!

You are quite correct too, there is little evidence that supports GTS's above $35k these days. Exceptions exist of course (super rare, or really low miles), but in general for the average or even the concours winning cars with 60k-ish miles on them, they just are not going for anything above $35k and those would even be rare cases.

I'd be happy with blue book on this one. I've replaced everything that has had even minor problems like the PSD and steering gear having spent about 10 grand on maintenance and goodies over the past 11 years. Even at book, this will be a fun buy for someone.

You have done pretty well at $1k/year average! That is actually GREAT by most standards! Sounds like this car will be ready to go for someone who is in the market for a good driver GTS!

I already have two interested buyers at my price. They were both blown away at the quality of the car. I'll probably let it go to one of them by this weekend unless a higher offer comes through.
