Rebuilt 1R S4 Heads - $900

I got these heads with a car I purchased a couple of years ago and are from an 88 S4 engine. They were rebuilt by a reputable shop here in Houston. They were not sand blasted, but were sprayed silver on the exterior. 3 angle grind, new seals etc, leak test and more... These heads did not have bent valves and I'm not really clear why they were rebuilt.

Shipping is $140 (I recently shipped another set of heads and this is what it cost for 2 boxes, syrofoam, large bubble wrap and actual shipping for the two boxes about 40lb each).

are 1R heads OEM for the '88 S4? (dont recall all the head versions)
