I agree with Stan... the $1500 might be right but that $4100 seems over the top...though it does depend on what they did.
There is a button on the OTHER SIDE of your steering wheel in roughly the same place as the one you found and IT is for the intensive wash for the windshield...probably does not work! Most of them don't anymore!
